Hairy

Things got very hairy there for a while, but thankfully we are now back on track.  We discovered that the sewer pipe at the front of the house is much larger than we had thought.  Unfortunately, this alters Sydney Water's requirements and meant that the house was sitting too close to it - so we have had to reduce the size of the house in order to comply with their set-back requirements.  We couldn't shift the whole house back due to the rock outcrop that it sits on, so we lose half a metre off the front lounge and porch/hallway.  It is disappointing, but we're thinking it could have been a whole lot worse - so thanking our lucky stars.
So, another week lost, but back on track now...
